FCC is excited about progress we are making in a Renewal Journey. As part of the journey, we are interviewing ALL members of the congregation who wish to participate in a three-phased conversation:
1) Who We Were
3) Who God Is Calling Us to Be.
We believe these conversations help us to recognize and celebrate strengths in our past and our present to help inform a vision and mission for a strong future that is relevant to this place, at this time, with the people God has called together at FCC. Common themes and strong sentiments reflected in each survey phase are recorded in summaries. The summaries are compiled using notes from all the conversations in each phase and refined through review by a broad cross-section of our congregation. As summaries are completed, they are made available on this website
