Sausage and Rice casserole

Butter a 9X13-inch casserole

Saute: 1 lg. onion, diced
2 lbs. grd. Sausage

Add: 1 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms

Simmer for 20 min.

Add: 2 cans cream chicken soup
½ pint sour cream

Combine with: 3 c. cooked white rice and slivered almonds
Optional seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic salt
Place all in prepared baking pan and bake @ 350-degree for 45 minutes.
